Delta began serving the Louisville community in 1983. Nearly 12 years after starting
one of the first women-owned full service personnel agencies, Delta was born. From
its inception, Delta quickly got off to a running start with clients such as General
Electric, Freshpack Foods, Frito-Lay, Liqui-Dri Food, Colgate Palmolive, Blue Cross
Blue Shield, Derby Industries and many others.
